The Taufer’s Street Festival
The well-known "Sondna Stroßnkuchl" awaits you with delicious food, fun, games, music, street art, acrobats, craftsmen, a cheese stall, the Bauernlandzwergen, children's games, ponies, and .... and ... Every tuesdays from 7pm to 11pm.
Reina Kiekemma
A piece of living cultural heritage, lots of South Tyrolean cosiness and, of course, smartly dressed up cows - that's what awaits you at the "Reina Kiekemma" in Rein in Taufers. For two days, the coming home of the cows from the alpine pastures is celebrated with music and regional delicacies.
Magical Christmas forest at the waterfalls
The Magic Christmas forest by the waterfalls is a charming and quiet alternative to the big Christmas markets. The path to the Reinbach waterfalls is decorated, designed, embellished: with original-sized wooden forest animals peeking out from behind, with restrained Christmas decorations, with Mary and Joseph and the baby Jesus in the crib, with ox & donkey, sheep & goat, along with soft music.
And - hopefully - with snow. It leads past Goasroscht and the Sheep's Wool Museum to the atmospherically illuminated Christ Rock at the first Reinbach waterfall.
On all Advent weekends and on 8 December, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. with the famously beautiful nativity scene exhibition in the upper storey of the Goasroscht, with a horse-drawn carriage, with a contemplative Advent atmosphere ... welcome!
